The company has a total investment of 1 billion yuan, covering an area of 349 mu, and plans to build four production workshops, covering businesses such as excavator assembly, mechanical cutting and processing, underground vehicle production, and foreign equipment cooperative manufacturing. Currently, two workshops have been completed and put into use, with a total area of about 36,000 square meters, equipped with nearly 1,200 sets of various numerical control, welding, testing and lifting equipment, widely used in the processing, welding and complete machine assembly testing of construction machinery parts. The third workshop is under construction and planned for the second phase 100-ton mining truck project, which is expected to be officially put into production next year.
The company has introduced multiple intelligent robot welding equipment and laser cutting machines, which are used for the welding and processing of structural parts of excavators, loaders and other products, effectively improving product quality and production efficiency.
The company's predecessor was Shandong Pengcheng Douxin Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., headquartered in Yantai, which has long been committed to the R&D, production and sales of construction machinery such as excavators and loaders. Its products cover the whole country and are exported to Europe, America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, South America and other regions. The company maintains supporting cooperation relations with many well-known enterprises in the industry, has successively passed ISO9001 quality system certification, and has won many honors.
After the project is fully put into production, the company will achieve an annual output of about 3,000 construction machinery vehicles, effectively driving the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream industrial chains and promoting the continuous improvement of high-end equipment manufacturing levels.
